This is an interesting double whammy.
1. donniebaseball's $24 bid was invalid. Minimum raise is $5 over $20.
2. Then Higgy04Rob's $26 bid was not $5 more than donnie's.
But for now I'll make an executive decision and count the $26 bid since it's $6 more than the previous valid offer. Next bid has to be $31 or more. Thanks.
