2020 Bowman jumbo case PLAYER AUCTION Rules:
In this Player Auction you bid on the players that you want. It's that simple, but...
Every player in this product has a separate thread. Your bids for the player you want MUST be in that player's thread or bid(s) won't be valid.
**As I'm a collector and fan myself, I will be keeping only 4 players in this case for myself. Those players are some of my Red Sox and PC guys:
Jarren Duran
Yordan Alvarez
J.D. Martinez (for my son)
Julio Rodriguez
Player bidding windows will be open for 48 hours, or just over 48 hours depending on whether I unlock some of the threads early. Some player bidding windows will be Thursday to Saturday; others will be Friday to Sunday. Veterans & Rookie Cards (1-100), all Inserts only, and a couple players that have autos/inserts but not part of either base set, will open for bidding Thursday night 6/11 and close Saturday night. The remaining cards, Bowman Prospects (BP1-150) and Prospect Autographs only, will open for bidding Friday night 6/12 and close Sunday night.
You MUST be logged into the forum in order to post and for your bids to count. Any bids made by GUEST will be invalid. Each player or thread will have a minimum opening bid which must be met in order for the player to sell.
To place a bid, simply type your bid amount as a Quick Reply in the player thread and click Post Quick Reply. Or you may Reply to the last post, type your bid into the post field, and then click Create Post. Either way works. PLEASE bid with dollar sign, for example $8, or $24. Do NOT just type the number 8 or 24. That's lazy and I have the right to invalidate those bids. Double check to make sure that you are replying to the last bid in the thread. I say this because you could be looking at the last bid on a page that says $15 and you raise to $18, but there could be a page 2 for the same player with higher bids already. You need to make sure you're looking at the end of the thread.
Bids must be in at least $2.00 minimum increments until the spot reaches $20.00. Then bids must be in at least $5.00 minimum increments after $20.00. If a spot reaches $200, then bid increments must be a minimum of $10.
Whole dollar bids only! No $8.25 bids please.
You can bid more than $2/$5/$10, but those are the minimum increments.
This break will be from one case (8 jumbo boxes) of 2020 Bowman. There are 12 packs of 32 cards (384) in each box, with a total of 3,072 cards in the case. There will be 3 chrome prospect autographs per box, so we should have 24 autos in the case.

This jumbo case is a "hobby only" product, so there won't be any retail-only hits like green /99 and green shimmer /99 parallels, and there also won't be any paper autographs.
All of these auctions are for the individual player cards. If a card is pulled with multiple players on it, card will be randomed off to the two people holding the high bids for those individual players. In 2020 Bowman I see the only possibility of this happening is with Bowman Prospects Dual Autographs cards, of which there are only 6:
DPA-BE J.J. Bleday - Miami Marlins
DPA-BE Jerar Encarnacion - Miami Marlins
DPA-CP Luis Patino - San Diego Padres
DPA-CP Joey Cantillo - San Diego Padres
DPA-HA Diosbel Arias - Texas Rangers
DPA-HA Sam Huff - Texas Rangers
DPA-RH Adam Hall - Baltimore Orioles
DPA-RH Adley Rutschman - Baltimore Orioles
DPA-VA Jacob Amaya - Los Angeles Dodgers
DPA-VA Miguel Vargas - Los Angeles Dodgers
DPA-VP Everson Pereira - New York Yankees
DPA-VP Anthony Volpe - New York Yankees
If by some amazing luck we pull the following card book, any person who owns one of the 24 players included would go into a random to determine who gets the auto book.

Shipping - Shipping will be added to the total cost of your winning player auctions. I can combine shipping based on your final takes. If you have 1-3 players then USPS First Class should be around $4. Shipping cost will increase based on number of players won and size of package needed. I will need to add $2.45 for signature confirmation if your total exceeds $300, and I may also need to send via USPS Priority Mail which would be at least $7.95. In some instances if there's a huge hit, we may need to send via Express Shipping which could cost $26+, but that would be discussed before anything is mailed. International shipping is extra, will need to be quoted and paid after the fact, and may need signature.
Supplies - I'm building supplies cost into the minimum opening bids.
PayPal - I'm requesting all player auctions won to be paid via PayPal Friends & Family. I am doing this auction for the fun of it and primarily to cover my cost of the product. This is not a business for me. If you have any issue with paying via F&F, please do not bid and let me know ahead of time. I am sure we could work out other options.
Disclaimer - If you're bidding on an autograph only spot, you may get zero. If that player has several autos in the case, you get all of them. If that player doesn't hit any autos, you get 0. Same is true for all other spots. There is no guarantee that ANY player will be pulled (although most, if not all, base player cards will be pulled), and regardless of how many cards of a player, zero or 100, are in the case, you're responsible for submitting total payment. Case and boxes will not be opened until all payments are submitted. Refunds will not be sent if there's no card(s) of the player(s) you've bid on.
All bids are final. You may not retract (or delete) your bid. If you make an error, do NOT delete any bid. Just post another one and let me know. I can determine if the error bid should be deleted or not.
Bids Closing - All auctions/spots will end at 11:59pm eastern time zone. I will be using the ProBoards timestamp on each post to determine valid bids. 11:59:36 is valid. 11:59:59 is valid. 12:00:00 is NOT valid as that means it has turned to Midnight here. Highest VALID bid as of 11:59:59pm will get that spot.
Some of the auctions will close at 11:59pm EST Saturday night June 13; others will close at 11:59pm EST Sunday night June 14.
